The evil Dr. Remy privately set up a human laboratory on the ground floor of the Baiwandi Psychiatric Hospital. Although Professor Severn discovered that he had stopped his plot, it was not over. Remy's soul is still hovering around, waiting for a chance to attack the world. Twenty years later, a mysterious girl was sent to the mental hospital, and her arrival attracted the attention of Remy's undead. Only after a series of horrible and strange events did the girl know that she was the key to opening the "gates of hell" under the hospital, and Remy tried to use her to achieve her evil wishes. Finally, a large number of horrible people living in hell poured into the world and carried out a bloody massacre.
