Movie stuntman Roy Walker (Lee Pace) was seriously injured while filming a series of scenes of jumping off a bridge on a horse, leaving his lower body paralyzed and unconscious. At this time, he was desperate and desperate, and he just wanted to die. Just when Roy is depressed, Alexandra (Catinca Untaru), a 5-year-old girl admitted to the hospital because of a broken arm, intrudes into Roy's world. The two patients with a wide age gap made friends, and Alexandra reported to Roy's ward every day just to hear the magical story told by his friend. And Roy used this casually made-up story to attract the little girl, but wanted to complete his suicide plan. The film won special praise from Glass Bear at the 2007 Berlin Film Festival-Best Picture Award, Sitges-Catalonian International Film Festival Best Picture Award, and 2008 Austin Film critics Association Award for Best Screenplay.
