In the summer of 1998, a girl with predictive vision, Seto mute (voiced by Yuka Iguchi), met Keio Ganya (Kenichi Suzuki) in Jialantang. From the other person's mouth, she learned the truth of the future vision, and her doubts and anxieties disappeared, but at the same time she also saw a tragic future. On the other hand, Liuxia, a professional bomb fanatic with a measured vision of the future, used his own future to create a series of terrorist attacks until he encountered two calm and capable rituals (voiced by Makoto Sakamoto), and the gear of fate began to turn. In the twinkling of an eye, in 2010, Koji Kashiura (voiced by Akira Ishida), who lost his ability to see the future, turned to be a painter, and fate arranged for him to meet the two ceremonies and his daughter Weina (voiced by Kim Yuan Shouzi). After that, he and Weina, who worshipped himself, visited the mother of the legendary diviner Guan Buzi. This film is based on the original work of the same name created by Naisu Mushroom and Wu Nei Chong.
