For Aubrey (April Tamblyn Amber Tamblyn), the death of sister Karen (Sarah Michelle Gella Sarah Michelle Gellar) is full of doubts. Two years ago, Karen went to Japan to study, and soon after Aubrey and her family received the news that Karen had been locked up in a mental hospital, and now her once kind and beautiful sister has become a cold corpse. Aubrey firmly believes that there must be something strange, so she and Ethan (Edison Edison, a journalist who specializes in psychic events) teamed up to investigate the grudges in the old house. At the same time, there have been several bizarre deaths around the world, and the dead are inextricably linked to curses. Is the curse really so pervasive? Who is behind this powerful force?
