Two young girls traveling from the United States to Germany, Lindsay (Ashley Williams Ashley Williams) and Jenny (Ashlin Yeni Ashlynn Yennie), get lost on their way to a club and their car has a flat tire. Cold and frightened, the two men walked through the woods and came to an inaccessible residence for help. Its owner, Dr. Haight (Ditte Reese Dieter Laser), was the world's leading expert in conjoined twins separation surgery before retiring, but after retiring, he devoted himself to a sensational reverse medical research, patrolling prey and trying to connect the human head to tail through surgery to create a "human centipede". Dr. Haight was overjoyed by the arrival of Lindsay and Jenny. After killing a subject whose muscle tissue did not match, he caught a Japanese tourist (Zhang Hao Kitamura) with a tranquilizer gun and officially began the experiment. The film won the Best Actor (Ditte Reese) and Best Horror Film Award at the Austin Fantasy Film Festival, and Best Picture at the Los Angeles Scream Film Festival.
