ITV has confirmed the official launch of the new series "The Hunt For Raoul Moat," which focuses on the 2010 police manhunt for the killer Raoul Moat who killed one person and injured two others, will be based on real events and subsequent reports, and will focus on the three victims-Christopher Brown, Samantha Stobbart and politician David Rathband-and the story of the manhunt that followed.
