The Impostors (1998)

An old-fashioned group drama is fond of farce, but the actors are wonderful and the rhythm is light and smooth, which is still enjoyable. Director Stanley Tasi, who also plays the leading actor, and Oliver Pratt as a pair of unemployed actors, flees to become a stowaway on a luxury cruise ship after offending alcoholic star Alfred Molina, who threatened to hunt him down. Unexpectedly, the star also caught up with the ship, and the ship was carrying a number of strange passengers, including a suicidal singer and a madman who planned to destroy the whole ship. naturally, this should have been a very pleasant voyage full of adventure. The director made use of the enclosed space on the ship to make a lot of visual action jokes, and occasionally interspersed with quick love, the atmosphere was quite lively.
