Bob Mercer is a customs worker who often works undercover to catch drug traffickers. Although he is eligible to retire with full benefits, he is at risk in order to solve the money laundering case of criminal syndicates. He and his colleague Emile Abreu changed their name, Joe pretended to be a wealthy businessman who could provide money laundering services, and through the introduction of informants, met some business people who needed the service. After layers of matchmaking, he met Roberto Elcano, one of the partners of the crime syndicate, and succeeded in winning his trust. Bob Messer planned to arrest all the people involved in money laundering, including Roberto Elcano, at his "wedding", successfully solving the most serious money laundering case in American history.
