Amid the faint sound of gunfire, during the NATO bombing of Serbia in 1999, truck driver Stevanovich transported goods from Kosovo to Belgrade to make more money, driving across the territory to witness the war-ravaged country. On the road, he met a young man who claimed to be from Belgrade. In the face of this frozen young man, he kindly broke the employer's rule of "no parking" and went with him. The film uses a technique similar to a road movie, in a gloomy and dusty tone, like the ripples on the river to show the situation of Serbia during the bombing, and cleverly runs through the history of political chaos in the Balkans. The lonely and disturbing journey reflects the destruction of the country and the nation by the war.
