Due to the mess of work and family problems, Roy Solomon (Dylan McDermott Dylan McDermott) and his wife Denise (Penelope Ann Miller Penelope Ann Miller) travel from bustling metropolis Chicago to desolate North Dakota with their restless daughter Jesse (Kristen Stewart Kristen Stewart) and youngest son Ben (Evan Turner Evan Turner). They bought an abandoned farm called Sunflower locally and planned to start a new life here. However, beautiful dreams are often broken by cruel reality. During the renovation of the farm, strange events continued to occur, and Jesse and his brother seemed to be able to see things that adults could not. The gloomy atmosphere made the family almost breathless, but the real horror was much more than that.
