The Method (2005)

Madrid. Seven job seekers hoping for a top executive job at a multinational company are preparing for an interview in an office in a skyscraper on Castella Road. After a labyrinth of forms, qualification and other business bureaucratic documents, all seven candidates were taken by their secretaries to a cold room for interview screening. When everyone introduces themselves carefully, they all want to know if they are being watched by the camera, and why the company has installed a psychologist among them to examine them. One of the candidates mentioned a test method similar to that conducted on them that had been used in the United States to select who is best suited to gain a foothold in a competitive business society.
