The NeverEnding Story III (1994)

Bastin's father is about to remarry, and he and his new sister Nicole are at odds with each other. A gang of imps named Netis at school is always picking on him. In order to avoid being chased by the gang, Bastin has to hide in the library and find a story book full of magic, ── Magic Domain. He takes the book to a secret room and suddenly disappears. Gang leader "Slee" unexpectedly has a magical power after flipping through this book, and from then on the evil forces stationed in the fantasy kingdom to control everything.
