Charlie (Logan Lerman Logan Lerman) is a shy and lonely high school freshman, with over-age sensitivity and lacrimal glands, always silently observing his family and friends, is a typical "wallflower teenager". His adolescence was full of setbacks, including the death of his aunt to buy him a birthday present, the suicide of his best friend, being bullied by his peers, unrequited love, and so on. However, Charlie is not the worst, because there are so many people who are forced into a corner by life like him. He is lucky to have an enlightened teacher and two senior friends, the rebellious and charming girl Sam (Emma Watson Emma Watson) and the confident gay boy Patrick (Ezra Miller Ezra Miller), who show Charlie that sometimes he can't watch forever and must be involved in order to have his own highlights. The wallflower boy is adapted from the best-selling original book of the same name, written and directed by the author Stephen Kkerbersky, and created by Juno's original class supervisor, bringing together a group of popular idols of the post-90s generation, among many sensitive and controversial topics such as suicide, bullying, sexuality, drugs and so on.
