Wanda Naxi (Carol Lombard), an actress from Brooklyn, decides to disguise herself as Princess Olga from Sweden for a film contract with a Hollywood studio to board a mammoth on a passenger ship bound for New York. She runs into Wang Mantell (Fred McMurray), the lead singer of the accordion band-he has a criminal record in the past. They are all blackmailed by Robert Darcy (Porter Hale). After Robert Darcy is killed, they become the main suspects in two pairs of murders. they must find the real killer on a ship with five policemen and detectives.
