The Prowler (1981)

On June 28th, 1945, a young man Roy (Timothy Wahrer) and his girlfriend Frances Rosemary Katham (喜悦 Glaccum) were brutally killed at a college prom, whose whereabouts are still unknown. Frances's father (Lawrence Tierney), the head of the school, was so sad that he was banned from holding any kind of celebration ball. Time is fleeting, and the twinkling of an eye comes to 1980. The tragedy of 35 years ago has long been forgotten by others except the people involved, and a group of young people led by Pam (Vicky Dawson) are so lonely that they decide to bring back the prom they have held for decades. After some efforts, the young people finally got what they wanted, and when they were intoxicated in singing and dancing, it seemed that the mysterious killer had returned to the youth.
