The Time Shifters (1999)

The disaster reporter who survived the power plant fire lived alone for two years and returned to work for a tabloid newspaper, only to find a strange-looking man in black in many major disasters. Meiyan's archival researcher helped him investigate, so he stopped a plane crash, stopped a subway train from overturning, and tried to stop a fire in a stadium full of more than 10,000 people-his son was watching the game. At the same time, two people from the future tried to stop him from all this disaster.
