Scientists have finally invented the time shuttle, and in order to prevent anyone from using it to change history, a team called Special Police of time and Space has been set up, and Max (played by Jean-Claude Van Damme Jean-Claude Van Damme) is one of them. Ten years ago, Max's wife Melissa (Mia Sala Mia Sara) died a wrongful death, and the murderer has not yet been arrested, which has become Max's heart knot. Max is determined to use the time shuttle to investigate the truth of the incident, and back in the past he learned that the man behind the scenes was a congressman named McCome (Malcolm Stewart Malcolm Stewart), but his background was so complex that Max could do nothing about him. Policewoman Fielding (Gloria Reuben Gloria Reuben) becomes Max's partner, following him back to 1994, catching McCom, who knows Fielding's true identity is actually McCom's minions, and Max's plan fails again.
