The cold-faced female policewoman with the highest reporting rate in the Police Department, Seihei Hisahara (Sasahara), now works in the Criminal Division of Hokkaido West print Police Station, and starts a new relationship with her boss, Daoxiao (Sato Hiroshi). At the same time, there have been three incidents of shooting nail guns in Tokyo one after another, all of which were directed at Xueping's ex-husband Kazuo Sato (Kagawa Miyagi). Unexpectedly, Sato was killed shortly after meeting with Xueping, and Xueping accidentally became a suspect.
