This film is mainly about the rise and fall of Darby Kalash (Darby Crash) and his band The Germs. Shortly after being forced to drop out of a Los Angeles high school, Darby and his best friend formed the famous germ band. It has a generally tougher shock than New York punk, who loves costume art, and London's enthusiastic but amateur youngsters. The germ band's unskilled prototype hard core and anxious lyrics have made its own contribution to Los Angeles as a center for the transition from musical form to hard core. Unfortunately, in 1980, the 22-year-old Darby died of a drug overdose, and the germ band was no longer brilliant.
