Mingyu (Zhang he) is a gentle, upright and kind-hearted middle school teacher. One day, when he acted bravely to help others hunt down thieves, he was off duty. Tong Zhen (Quan Zhixian), a policewoman with an unruly and fierce character and a grudge against evil, mistook him for a thief. That is, Tong Zhen subjected him to torture and forced a confession.
