In an accident, will (Jack Nicholson Jack Nicholson) drives down a wild wolf, and when he gets out of the car to check on the situation, the wolf bites will. Will did not take injury seriously, but since the accident, some strange changes have begun to appear in will. His senses have become extremely sensitive and his temper has become more and more grumpy. Will seems to be slowly turning into a wolf. Animal research expert Alezias (Oumpree Om Puri) confirms will's doubts by giving will an amulet that can temporarily help will control his wildness. Will's wife Charlotte (Kate Neeligan Kate Nelligan) dies of a throat slit. Will's friend Laura (Michelle Pfeiffer Michelle Pfeiffer) makes an alibi for will, and when Laura is in danger, will becomes a werewolf without hesitation and comes to the rescue.
