Three months after the assassination of America's first female president who spoke on Veterans Day, a wounded, ragged man (Stephen Dorf Stephen Dorff) appeared in a forest. He has no name, no memory, no past, beyond recognition, as if he had never been in this world. The only clue is the tattoo "XIII" on the body. With the help of a mysterious organization, XIII narrowly escaped from prison and met a familiar lover. While being forced to make a deal by the mysterious organization, he was chased and killed by another group. And their goal is the memory chip hidden in the XIII watch, everything is complicated and confusing. XIII found that he was involved in a shocking conspiracy, and he was not the real XIII.
