Radar (Jane de Clare Jan Decleir) is a ruthless and brutal killer, burdened with blood debts. Tricked by fate, the radar has been replaced with Alzheimer's disease, which means that as time goes by, he is getting closer and closer to retirement. In an important mission, radar was shocked to find that the target he was going to assassinate was a 12-year-old child, whose miserable childhood made it impossible for him to do so, and decided to launch his revenge plan.
