Death and the Maiden (1994)

Paulina (Sigourney Weaver Sigourney Weaver) has been abused by a man, blindfolded, she has not known who the sinner is, her character has become neurotic. Her husband Gerardo (Stuart Wilson Stuart Wilson) returns home when he is elected chairman of the committee and finds that Paulina has some weirder behavior than usual. She even pushes the car of visiting neighbor Miranda (Ben Kingsley Ben Kingsley) off a cliff, and with the tape "death and Virgin" in Miranda's car, as well as Miranda's smell and breath, Paulina is convinced that Miranda was the culprit of the violence against her at that time. She madly tied Miranda to her room to try the criminal with her husband. However, Miranda had a clear alibi, which made it hard for her husband to believe Paulina's confirmation. Is it all Paulina's illusion, or is it true, and this trial will bring the truth to light.
