Thomas Fang (played by Malay Jean Marais) has been fond of mischief since childhood. However, Dead head Sheriff Rafe (Louis Fines Louis de Fun è s) has been hoping to bring him to justice. In order to impress the latter, Thomas Fang kidnapped the scientist Marchand. Reporter Fangerdo and fiancee Elena reported on the matter. The science conference in Rome is about to be held, in order to prevent Thomas Fang from coming to make trouble, Sheriff Rafe led his men to start a massive manhunt. On the train, Fang Thomas, relying on outstanding cosmetic techniques, not only avoided tracking his own eyes and ears, but also teased Sheriff Rafe. The science conference was held as scheduled, and reporter Fang Dole thought that Fang Thomas was here for Professor Lefeff, because the latter and Marchand could jointly complete the development of secret weapons, so Fang Dole also pretended to be Lefev to lure Fang Thomas to take the bait, but unexpectedly, they all fell into Fang Thomas's trap. Based on the novels of French writers Pierre Sauvid and Marcel Alan, this film is the second in Fang Thomas's Trilogy. This film is another effort of comedian Louis Fines after "Tiger out of danger."
