Freeway (1996)

Nurse Jenny drove the car she had just picked up from the garage to pick up the children from her sister's house to her mother's house. Eddard, the manager of the Internet company, who could not pick up the car on time and had to rush to the meeting, took her on the road with her. On the way, a skateboard boy crashed in front of the car. His skateboard was broken and his body was slightly injured, so there was another hitchhiker.
