Girls of the Sun (2018)

The film is adapted for a true story and tells the story of a young lawyer, Bahar, who returned to his hometown. In the terrorist attacks, her husband died, she and her child, and thousands of women were taken to prison. After escaping from prison, she organized and commanded the army of the Sun. Their goal is to recapture the occupied town and save what is regarded as a "pledge". Mathilde, by her side, is an experienced war reporter. Mathilde closely followed the women's army of the sun during the three-day war of resistance. Because of the exacting demands on hope and justice, it unites them and fills humanity with hope. This film is a tribute to these women.
