Dre Town, Maryland, is a town formed by the lumbering industry. But from the day the town was founded, there seems to be a clown (Tim Curry) here, but he is not a good kind, but takes pleasure in maiming children. Billy, Mike, Stan, Bev, Eddie, Ben and Ricky, who were bullied by bad kids and called the loser club, formed the lucky seven. Billy (Jonathan Brandis)'s younger brother George met a clown while playing on a rainy day and lost his life. They learn about the existence of clowns from Mike (Marlon Taylor)'s family photo albums, and clowns begin to threaten the lives of children. In order to avenge George and protect the children of the town, the children of the group of seven are determined to destroy the clown. After a fierce battle, the clown escaped with injuries. Thirty years later, the evil devil returned to the small town of Derry.
