When a middle-class couple travels by car, the husband (Leon Nimezko Leon Niemczyk) always boasts, but the wife (Gioranta Umeka Jolanta Umecka) just goes along. On the way, they met a young man who hitchhiked temporarily (Zgumont Maranowitz Zygmunt Malanowicz). After discussion, the couple decided to give him a ride. The three men came to the seaside, and the husband was going to go out to sea in a private sailboat, so he was invited to play with him in order to show off to the young man. The young man readily agreed, so they embarked on the voyage together. During the voyage, the young people gradually opened their hearts to them, and the three of them played the game of bamboo sticks on the table. The young man confessed to the couple that he could not swim, so he was alone on the deck playing with his dagger. The husband joked with him, but inadvertently threw the dagger into the sea. The young man was very angry, as a result, the two fought together, both fell into the water, the wife was terrified, and the relationship between the three men was reversed.
