Father's Glory and Mother's Castle are sweet stories that took place in the small mountain village of Provence in the early 20th century. Both films are adapted from Marcel Pagnol's autobiographical novels about the author's memories of his childhood, also known as "the first Sunny Day" and "Goodbye Sunny days".
