In the 1970s, the small potato Jin Chenggen (Xue Jingqiu) wanted to be an actor, but he suffered numerous setbacks. By chance, he got an interview for an actor, but Jing and others who passed the preliminary exam were mercilessly beaten and dying to learn that the final election had passed. It turned out that a mysterious organization of a country was planning a plot for the North-South talks, so he ordered Kim Sung-gen to imitate Kim Il-sung vividly in a short period of time, and he got deeper and deeper in the process. In the 21st century, Kim Sung-gen's son Kim Tae-sik (Park Hai-ri) is so overwhelmed by debt that when he is desperate, he plans to sell the old house left by his father, and in order to get his father's badge, he will pick up his father who lives in Kim Il Sung's world from the hospital. The head of the great socialist country and the useless son of capitalism have finally returned to the same roof.
