Islamic Rizvahan (Shah Rukhan Shahrukh Khan) suffers from Asperger's syndrome as a child. After his mother's death, he immigrated to San Francisco from Mumbai, India, following in the footsteps of his brother Zakir (Jimmy Scherger Jimmy Shergill). Rizva met Mandia (Cazall Kajol), a single mother who runs a hair salon while helping his brother's cosmetics company promote beauty products. Despite his brother's opposition, Rizwa is determined to marry the Hindu Mandia, and the family is in harmony and happiness. The 9 / 11 terrorist attacks set off a wave of opposition and discrimination against Muslims in the United States, the hair salons of Rizwa and Mandia were forced to close, and Mandia's only son Sam (Yuvaan Makaar) was accidentally killed in a teenage struggle triggered by racial discrimination. A grieving Mandia vented her anger on Rizwa's Muslim surname Han, saying that Rizwa would see him again only if he told the American people and the US president that his surname was not related to terrorists.
