Nameless Gangster: Rules of the Time (2012)
In 1990, South Korean President Roh Tae-Woo launched the "War against Crime". In the severe crackdown by the Pusan police, Choi Yi-hyun (Choi Min-sik), the behind-the-scenes figure of the gang, was arrested for detaining entrepreneurs, thus uncovering his legendary story of walking in both black and white. In 1982, Cui Yixian, then a civil servant of the Supervision Section, was like a fish in water in the fat and oily customs, but his boss took the blame when he was reported. The gloomy Cui Yixian put all his eggs in one basket to start the drug business against Japan, and was able to get to know the gang elder brother Cui Jiongpei (acted the role of he Zhengyu). Cui Yixian, who was proud of his distinguished family background, soon formed an alliance with Cui Jiongpei. By virtue of their respective connections and violence, the two created the world in the underworld of Busan. In 1985, Cui Yixian was entrusted by entrepreneurs to join the nightclub and Cui Jiong Peili to bring down Pusan gangster leader Kim Ban Hu. When the Cui gang was thriving, the relationship between Yi Xian and Jung Pei appeared cracks in the chaotic era.
