The film attempts to explore the political career of US President Richard Milhous Nixon who stepped down because of the Watergate scandal from an objective point of view. Although it also involves his childhood and early political experience, the focus is on Watergate. When a female student in the film asks the president face to face, "Why can't you stop the Vietnam War as president?" Is it because of this system?
