Hong Kong female chemist Xiang Xiuli (Kawasaki Takeshi) was kidnapped, and her brother Dehui (Chikujiro), a policeman, learned through investigation that the move was so-called by Wang Longming (Linichi Yamamoto), a criminal syndicate leader entrenched in Yokohama, Japan. Due to the identity of the police, Dehui asked her beautiful childhood friend Li Honglong (Shigeru Mei Yuezi) to come to the rescue. When the two met, a group of villains suddenly came out, Dehui was killed, and the red dragon took her beautiful 6-year-old daughter Lihua to Yokohama. Knowing that the red dragon was coming, Wang Longming summoned his fighting masters and selected four elites to intercept them, but they were defeated one by one.
