Charlie (Ian Keith Ian Keith) falls in love with the chef's daughter Emma (Colleen Griffith Corinne Griffith). However, this relationship is not destined to be blessed by everyone. In order to avoid the accident, Charlie sends Emma to his uncle Hamilton (HB Werner H.B. Warner) home.
