There is a jungle shortcut to Hartley Elementary School in a small town in the United States, but few people have passed through it since the 1940s. It is rumored in the town that there is a ferocious and perverted old man in the forest, and many cases of disappearance are related to him. The road has become a forbidden area in the town, and the Hartley family, who have lived here for generations, have become the biggest suspects. High school student Derek Lucas (Andrew Seeley), his mother (Wendy Anderson) and his brother Toby (Nicholas Elia), who is still in elementary school, move to the town where his grandmother lives.
