In the summer of 1999, a 12-year-old boy named Dallas Kyle filmed the legendary frogman, but no one believed it was true. Twenty years later, Dallas is now an amateur filmmaker, trying to turn his passion into a career. He and his friends returned to Loveland, determined to get irrefutable evidence of the existence of frogmen.
