Natsume yûjinchô (2008 - 2017)
Xia Mu, a high school student, could have had an ordinary high school life, but he could see monsters and was distressed by it. Many times, he was almost killed by a monster. By chance, Xia Mu ran into the cat god. Cat God told him that Xia Mu's grandmother Lingzi had a "friend's account" which recorded the names of all the monsters defeated by Reiko. After Reiko died, the monster pestered Xia Mu in order to get his name back. Only by returning the monster's name to them can Xia Mu restore his quiet life. In order to return to a quiet life, Xia Mu and Cat God began a journey to find a demon with a "friend's account". Sections of touching stories about monsters were led out in this way.
