NYC: Tornado Terror (2008)

In the cosmopolitan city of New York, local residents are enjoying a good afternoon, but they do not realize that an unprecedented crisis is approaching the city. On the grass of Central Park, people were laughing and leisurely, when suddenly a small whirlwind appeared in the middle of the grass. The children chased it and played freely, but just a few seconds later, the whirlwind strengthened and an ordinary man was killed. On the same day, a small plane crashed in a strong wind before landing. The New York City government pays close attention to the matter and monitors any disaster that may come at any time. But they clearly underestimated the power of the storm, and New York suffered the worst.
