Revolution is another epic blockbuster directed by Hugh Hudson, the director of Chariot of Fire. Al-Pacino plays a small potato pushed by the tide of the times, from an ordinary citizen who does not want to fight to an American citizen who consciously participates in the war, thus experiencing the whole process of the independence battle that broke out in the United States to break away from British rule. The film does not start with a great man, such as Washington, but through the transfer of the fate of the characters at the bottom to bring out a fair evaluation of this period of history and the cruel scenes of intrigue and war on the front lines at that time. Pacino or the American people finally won. They not only won freedom, happiness and food, but also painted a beautiful blueprint for moving forward at full speed after getting rid of monarchy.
