Directed by Indian-French director PAN NALIN, Lust and caution spent seven years filming in the Himalayas bordering Xizang in India, filming beautiful and magnificent scenes, going deeper into the border forbidden areas and unveiling the mysteries of ascetic monks. The story describes Pama (Zhong Liti), a beautiful and intelligent farm girl, who encounters a monk (Gusang) and unexpectedly ignites her desires. Dashi, who had already given up all the fetters in the world, could not stand Pama's flirtation and triggered the original desire as if it were an electric shock, so he decided to take off his robes and practice, get married and have children.
